You may be living with anxiety, but you are not your anxiety. By using a combination of deep breathwork, targeted yoga and movement, extended relaxations and meditations, you can begin to unravel the grasp of fear, racing thoughts, shallow breathing, racing heart, overwhelm & more. In this class, you will learn and practice how to cultivate more presence and peace in your body, mind & emotions. All levels welcome. Dress comfortably, mats available or b.y.o.mat.
